SHIPPING CHARGES
- FREE DELIVERY AVAILABLE (to most areas) contact us for details
- Food Service, Jan San and Facilities Supplies: All orders under $150.00 will incur a $14.95 shipping and delivery charge, all orders under $100.00 will incur a $17.95 shipping and delivery charge, all restricted orders will incur a $16.95 delivery charge, all orders placed for same day delivery after noon will be charged FULL delivery cost.
Office Supplies
- Free shipping in the continental U.S. on most orders over $150.00
- A few items are not available for shipping through our normal means. We will contact you to make arrangements with you for these items
RETURNS
- Most unopened items can be returned within 10 days of the receipt of the item. You will need to call us to receive a return authorization. Product must be shipped back to us to arrive no later than 10 days from the date of receipt by you. The freight will be paid by the customer. A 20% restocking fee will be charged beyond the 10 day return limit if the item is not a stocked item or is returned beyond the 10 day window. There will be no return beyond the 10 day window for non-stock items. Special order items are not eligible for return.
